China Access Health is a licensed insurance broker in China. We have been helping foreigners and expats in China with their insurance needs since 2008. Based out of Shanghai, we have license to service clients in all regions in the country. At present our main office is in Shanghai. We have another major office in Beijing and few satellite offices in Shenzhen and Xiamen.

Secondly, helping with in any dispute they may have with insurance provider. And lastly, with ongoing support on claims submission, finding the right medical facilities and many more.

Our main goal is to help you find, purchase and eventually use health insurance on a day to day basis. We will provide you with the WeChat account, email and phone contact of your account manager. Your dedicated consultant can help with any access issues at clinics, hospitals and claims submission. We will work together with your insurance provider for a better service of your plan.
